In August 15, 2018, I published this concerning one of the papers (that was published in English)

Feeling Proud:

I was contacted today by a Law Professor from Harvard, asking permission to distribute in her course, a paper that one of my students, Leena AlKurd has written in the Course Rights and Freedoms, and later on published as part of Birzeit Working Paper Series.

The paper is below. And the letter too that I received:

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing on behalf of Prof. Martha Minow to request permission for the limited distribution of copyrighted materials for educational use.

Prof. Minow will teach Constitutional Law at Harvard Law School this term. The course will have approximately 75-80 students. She would like to be able to distribute to the students in the class the following paper, on which Birzeit University holds the copyright:

*Leena AlKurd, A Dignified End: A Right to Live, Die or Exist? Birzeit’s Working Papers in Legal Studies (Dec. 2017)

Prof. Minow would indicate that the material is copyrighted, identifies the copyright holder, and indicates that the material is reprinted by permission. She would of course be happy to include such information in whatever form you think is appropriate. We would like to distribute the materials both in coursepack and on our course intranet.
